Reading ten thousand books is like traveling ten thousandmiles.Recently I have read Helen Keller’s book Three Days to See and it touches me deeply. The book tells Helen Keller’s whole rough life and her spirit experiences. She lost her beautiful voice, and she couldn’t see or hear at all. 

　　The book told me how lucky we are. We should appreciate that we are healthy. Healthiness is riches. When I read this article, compare with Helen Keller, I think we should treasure our life. God has given us sight, so we can see a lot of good things, so we can know how beautiful this world is, so we can know how wonderful we can live in our colorful life.I believe these can benefit me a lot in the future.

　　——英文小诗有感于现下疫情和《Three days to see》

　　王素莹

　　Hope was but a timid friend;

　　She sat without the grated den；

　　Watching how the girl’s fate would tend；

　　Even as selfish-hearted men；

　　She was cruel in her fear.

　　But When the tutor takes Helen’s hand；

　　Everything is no longer the same;

　　She is such a special teacher,

　　That no words can truly tell,

　　She add a lot of love,

　　To everything she share,

　　With a heart that deeply cares.

　　And then hope is not a timid friend,

　　It stretches her wings, and soars to Helen.

　　And we know never give up hope；

　　Look for the beauty around you，

　　in nature, in others, in yourself,

　　and believe in the love of humankind.

　　Believe in the goodness of others,

　　Anger and depression can be countered 

　　by love and hope.

　　After reading the book“50 Ways  to Improve Students Behavior:Simple Solutions to Complex Challenges”.I learn we should make clear the differences between norms and standards.To make the children comply with the norms.Teachers must give more opportunities for them to practice.Be an optimistic teacher. Teachers are facing with all kinds of students.So try to be optimistic,show your smile all the time,influence the students with your kindness.Students will love you as well as your class.What’s more, get all the students involved in your class.Give some tasks to kids,tutor them to finish the tasks.Achievable tasks will make it easy to get their focus in your class.

　　（四）《不能错过的英语启蒙》读后感

　　作为一个准妈妈，我开始在寻找一些育儿和幼儿启蒙的书籍，作为英语老师，曾经也是中式英语的受害者，我更希望能够为孩子的英语启蒙营造良好的家庭氛围，能够搞清楚英语启蒙的科学体系，尊重孩子成长的内在规律，站在孩子身后，根据孩子的需要提供资源，点燃孩子的兴趣，培养孩子主动学习的能力。

　　安妮鲜花的这本《不能错过的英语启蒙》主要由六部分组成，有些内容重复我就简单整合成四个部分，分别是中文环境下的英语启蒙误区，自然拼读法和阅读能力，培养综合语言能力，从娃娃抓起告别中式英语。此外，作者还在书中分享了许多英语学习的免费资源。

　　英语启蒙早晚的关键不在于学习多少单词和句子，而在于听力辨音能力的培养，从出生开始，越早输入英语语音信号，孩子的听力辨音能力，听觉记忆能力就越强。我们中国的孩子小时候都会唱许多朗朗上口的儿歌，童谣，其实英语国家的孩子也一样，我们越早给孩子接触多种语言，孩子对不同语言的语音接纳能力就越强，要保证听力资源的原汁原味，这样孩子才能得到正确的语音信号，掌握韵律节奏的规律。

　　自然拼读法相信很多人都听说过，自然拼读就是学习字母及字母组合发音的规则，从而见字能读，听音会写，然而，自然拼读法仅仅是阅读的方法之一，我们要借助儿歌，绘本故事，童谣和游戏等强化自然拼读的发音规则。此外，还要根据孩子的阅读水平根据科学的原则为孩子挑选合适的分级阅读书目。

　　书中其他部分的内容我在此就不赘言，希望作者朴实的记录，科学的分析能够引起大家对儿童英语学习更深层次的思考。让我们共同学习，共同为儿童英语教育的健康发展贡献一份力量。 

　　古语云“腹有诗书气自华”，“Reading can make us wise. And sharing is good.” 今天下午这场最文艺的遇见，让老师们也增加强了一个教育人的品格。今后，我们还会一如既往地开展读书交流活动，让老师们在阅读中不断探索，不断前行，成为孩子们心中更具影响力的教师。
